Our practice is a boutique style practice that gives you the sense of comfortability and personability with less wait time, more face-to-face time and only one provider. We have two unique aspects of our practice that allows you the highest quality of care for the lower leg.

Our mission is to help our patients accomplish these goals in a painless, compassionate, and efficient way. We understand that wound care is a multi disciplinary approach and every wound is unique to the patient.

Texas Foot & Ankle Pros: We understand that your foot and ankle pain can be a real annoyance when it comes to activities of daily living. We pride our self on research based medicine by combining the latest technology with traditional techniques, allowing us to give our patients the best care in Texas.

Dr. Hope A. Jacoby, DPM

Dr. Jacoby is a native Floridian who graduated from the University of Florida Cum Laude with an undergraduate degree of applied Physiology and Kinesiology. As a student Athletic Trainer she was a part of the 2006 Florida Football National Championship team and worked for the Los Angeles Dodgers in their minor league system. There, she developed a deeper passion for sports medicine. Dr. Jacoby continued her educational training at Barry University for Podiatric Medicine in Miami, Florida. Upon graduation from Podiatry School with honors, she was selected by faculty and clinical staff to receive the American Board of Podiatric Medicine award for excellence in Podiatric Medicine exhibiting high standards of professional conduct, probity, academic achievement and moral rectitude. She went on to complete a three year surgical and medical residency at West Houston Medical Center in Houston, Texas where she was privileged the position of Chief Resident her senior year. Dr. Jacoby is a Podiatrist that specializes in wound care incorporating both conservative techniques with surgical. She also takes interest in Regenerative medicine, its application for congenital, traumatic and long standing deformities of the foot and ankle, and revision surgeries for those patients that might need a second opinion. She is Board Qualified by the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery and certified in Foot and Ankle Arthroscopy. She is a member of American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons and Texas Podiatric Medical Association. She believes in multi-therapeutic approach and aims for her patients to get back to their daily active routine pain free.
